The Nativity

Christmas

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us;
And the government will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace,
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will accomplish this.

                                                                                          Isaiah 9:6, 7

"And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus.

"He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David;

and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end."                                                                                                                                                                  Luke 1:31-33

Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of life, in our concerns for the ups and downs of the economy, in the midst of our laughter and tears…sometimes we forget what it’s all about. Sometimes we forget the promises of God and the gifts He has given to us. Sometimes it is important to stop and reflect, for just a moment, on God’s love for us and the wonder of it all.

DECEMBER and JANUARY are months for reflection and as we close out this year and begin a new we want to thank each of you for your support… your prayers… your words of encouragement. We want to thank each of you for the love that you have shown us.

AND FOR THE COMING YEAR we ask you to please keep us in your prayers as we keep you in ours.  We pray that your support will continue and allow us to expand into new areas of our ministry as God leads. We pray that He will bless you “exceedingly, abundantly” beyond all that you could ask.  We pray that He will give you the peace and comfort that only comes from Him and that He will shower you and your families with His grace and love.

Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do in HIS name.

We are truly, truly blessed!!!!                                                                        Kathleen and Hank
